1 Month Personal Training Package

Your customized training package includes all of the following:

  • Initial consultation to identify goals, limitations, priorities, and a training schedule
  • Initial body composition assessment with a Tanita BC-1500 segmental body composition monitor
  • Initial aerobic fitness test with a Polar OH1 optical heart rate monitor
  • Initial strength assessment to establish your baseline strength with major muscle groups
  • 1-month customized training program based on your abilities, time commitment, and goals
  • Guidance on proper form, technique, and breathing while training
  • Nutrition, recovery, and sleep guidelines, which will work together with your training program
  • Weekly consultation (every Saturday or Sunday) to review your training, nutrition, and sleep for the week
  • Accountability throughout the week via brief text messages (“just completed workout 3!” for example)
  • Hybrid onsite and online training available (all training requests must be approved, package includes reasonable travel to your location for 4 onsite sessions)
  • Post-program body composition assessment with a Tanita BC-1500 segmental body composition monitor to determine improvements in body composition (body fat %)
  • Post-program aerobic fitness test with a Polar OH1 optical heart rate monitor to determine improvements in VO2max
  • Post-program strength assessment to determine improvements in strength across major muscle groups
  • Complete training report highlighting your improvements in habit formation (habits with food, rest, and training for the month), body composition (body fat %), aerobic fitness (VO2max), and strength gains in various exercises
  • Post-training consultation to identify new goals, limitations, priorities, and training schedule, or to discuss your best options for continuing on your own
  • Includes approximately 12 hours of 1-on-1 training and consultation with a Master Trainer, CPT, PhD
  • Everyone greatly benefits from doing at least 1 comprehensive training program with a fitness professional, since this will help you establish good habits, proper technique, and a reasonable game plan for continued success with your health and fitness
